The Kaia FIT Programs

What separates Kaia F.I.T. from other programs is a combination of intense muscle confusion workouts, nutritional guidance and constant support from our certified coaches. Kaia helps women achieve dramatic results.

Kaia workout classes are built on a foundation of progressions that make our members feel safe and comfortable at any fitness level. What does it take to live strong and live FIT? We believe it takes a lot: cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, accuracy and rest. With busy lives and a limited amount of time for exercise, we are committed to creating workouts that keep you engaged and your body guessing.

The programs described below are the key to understanding what we do at Kaia F.I.T. Each session is loaded with innovative workouts and nutritional support that is specific to the season. They have been designed to increase your fitness level and to get you excited about exercising and eating healthy again.

Our belief is that Kaia’s three yearly BRIKs are the cornerstones of health and fitness and can be incorporated into our daily lives. By building a solid foundation during these six week programs, we train our bodies and our minds to take on multiple challenges simultaneously. Kaia F.I.T. is unique in that we have developed a year-round program that is easy to follow, produces amazing results and can be applied to everyday living.


BRIK Sessions

With this program, you get all of the following:

A BRIK or “Boot Camp” is Kaia’s signature, six week program designed to help you reach your health and fitness potential. The session starts with an orientation where we will record your current weight, measurements and physical fitness level. These assessments will help us both gauge where you are when starting the program and will allow us to tailor it to your needs. We will also provide you with nutritional guidance and teach you about eating lean, green foods to make you successful in your workout and in your life.

We expect you will experience awesome workouts, see great results and meet incredible people along the way. BRIKs are special for that reason. BRIK sessions include three Kaia cross-training workouts, one Kaia Flow class and one run/walk or Power Hour day. Classes vary depending on the location.

CORE Sessions

CORE sessions are programs that focus on maintaining what you’ve already accomplished in a BRIK and are designed to continue building strength and endurance. These sessions are five weeks long, with two back-to-back sessions, giving you ten weeks to stay strong and improve your physical fitness level and healthy eating habits. CORE classes include 2 Kaia cross-training workouts, Kaia Flow, and a run/walk day or Power Hour day. Classes vary depending on the location.

Running & Jogging Katy, Richmond and Houston

I Kan Run

I KAN RUN is an optional running program held during most CORE Sessions. This program is designed for all runners, from beginner to advanced, who are interested in hitting the pavement and having fun outdoors. We will prepare you for your next race and/or help improve your race time and distance. We focus on developing running skills that increase speed, endurance, and overall fitness. I Kan Run is typically a 6-10 week program that meets 2-3 days a week.

We cater to women of all ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. You will always feel encouraged and we will help you reach your goals.
